Once you've chosen a design, we'll prepare a detailed, itemized proposal outlining the cost of your project. This will help you budget confidently, with no surprises or change orders. Please note, the proposal price is valid for 30 days from the date you receive it.
STEP THREE
After reviewing your design and budget, and when you're ready to proceed, we'll prepare your contract and begin the 90-120 day process of obtaining the necessary permits for your project. Please note, this step requires a payment.
