STEP ONE

Getting started is easy, your first step is to send us your address, first / last name, phone number, email address and we will complete a free ADU evaluation of your property within 24 hours and we will let you know the feasibility  and the possible options that your property has for a new ADU project! 

After we have determined that your property qualifies for one of our detached ADUs we will send you the different floor plans that work for your property so that you can pick one that best fits your needs. 

After you have decided on what design to move forward with we will then prepare a complete itemized proposal breakdown clearly showing you the price of your project so that you can budget accordingly without the worry of overruns or change orders, the proposal price is only valid for 30 days from received.

After you have reviewed your design and your budget and you are ready to move forward we will then prepare your contract and we will get you started on your 90-120 day journey towards obtaining the required permits to start your ADU project. This step requires a payment

At this point your plans have been approved and permits are ready to issue so that we can schedule your onsite construction of your new ADU! Actual construction takes about 90 days from start to finish, at this step you will need to show proof of funds and we will require a partial payment.
