HERE ARE THE STEPS WE'VE OUTLINED FOR THE ADU PROCESS.

  Getting started is simple! Just send us your address, full name, phone number, and email, and we'll provide a free ADU evaluation within 24 hours. We'll assess your property's feasibility and share the best options for your new ADU project! 

Once we confirm that your property qualifies for one of our detached ADUs, we’ll send you a selection of floor plans tailored to your property. You can then choose the one that best suits your needs  

 Once you've chosen a design, we'll prepare a detailed, itemized proposal outlining the cost of your project. This will help you budget confidently, with no surprises or change orders. Please note, the proposal price is valid for 30 days from the date you receive it 

After reviewing your design and budget, and when you're ready to proceed, we'll prepare your contract and begin the 90-120 day process of obtaining the necessary permits for your ADU project. Please note, this step requires a payment. 

 Once your plans are approved and permits are ready, we can schedule the on-site construction of your new ADU! Construction typically takes about 90 days to complete. At this stage, you’ll need to provide proof of funds, and a partial payment will be required.
